The terms that apply to our website and to the consultancy services we provide.
Scope of services
Volga Pathways provides consultancy, documentation and application support services. We assist with preparing and submitting applications; we do not issue visas, permits, licences or attestations ourselves.
No guarantee of outcome
All decisions on visas, permits, attestations and registrations rest solely with the relevant government authorities, embassies or consulates. We do not guarantee approval, processing time or any particular outcome.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, genuine and complete information and documents. Applications based on incorrect or misleading information may be refused, and any resulting consequences are your responsibility.
Fees and payments
Our service charges are quoted separately from official government, embassy and third-party fees. Government fees are set by the authorities, may change without notice, and are generally non-refundable once paid.
Refunds
Service charges cover the work performed and are not refundable once a case has been processed. Where a service has not commenced, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Timelines
Any timeline we provide is an estimate based on typical processing and not a commitment. Delays caused by authorities, third parties or incomplete documents are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service charges paid to us for the specific service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including travel, accommodation or employment losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
